梅雨の時期にも活躍しそうな、FUJIのCotton Nylon Mountain Parkaが届きました。

Just in time for the rainy season, FUJI's Cotton Nylon Mountain Parka has arrived.
Available in two colors: Navy and Ivory.
FUJIの中では少し珍しいMountain Parka。
いわゆるアウトドアブランドの雰囲気はなく、どこか品のある佇まいがFUJIらしい一着です。
洗練された素材感や、細かなディテールにもブランドらしさを感じます。
A somewhat rare piece within FUJI's collection, this Mountain Parka carries none of the typical outdoor-brand feel.
Instead, it has a refined and understated elegance that feels distinctly FUJI.

ほんの一部ですが、首元のドローコードも印象的です。
通常はナイロン素材のコードが使われることが多いですが、FUJIではコットン素材を採用しています。

僕自身、梅雨の時期になると雨の日も多く、「濡れてもいい服」を選びがちなんですよね。
少しおしゃれをすることにブレーキがかかるような感覚があって、正直あまり得意な季節ではありません。
でも、このMountain Parkaはそんな気分を少し晴らしてくれるというか、むしろ雨が少し降ってほしいとさえ思えるような一着です。

While nylon cords are commonly used for this type of jacket, FUJI has chosen a cotton drawcord instead.

Personally, when the rainy season arrives, I often find myself reaching for clothes that I don't mind getting wet.
It can feel as though the weather puts a slight brake on dressing the way I'd like to, which is why this isn't my favorite time of year.
