Additional charges: Shipping within Japan is 800 JPY, or free for a product total of 5,000 JPY or more. Overseas shipping costs depend on the destination and weight and are shown at checkout. Bank transfer and Paidy fees are subject to the terms of your bank or payment service.
Payment methods and timing: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Paidy and bank transfer. Card, wallet and PayPal payments are processed when you place your order; the date your account is charged depends on the payment provider. Paidy payment is due by the 27th of the following month; direct debit is taken on the 27th, or the next banking day if that day is a bank holiday. For bank transfers, please follow the instructions shown after placing your order.
Shipping schedule: Orders for regular products placed by 12:00 are dispatched the same day, except on our closed days, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipping is via Sagawa Express. For made-to-order items, please check the lead time on the relevant product page.
Delivery method: Delivery to the address you specify.
Returns, defective items and cancellation: We do not accept returns for personal reasons or a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or differs from what you ordered, please email us promptly after receipt. Return defective items with return postage payable by the shop on receipt.
